1.24.18 By Cindy Baum

Meet 4th Source's Talented Employees.

What is your role at 4th Source?

I am QA Service Delivery Manager and QA Lead and 4th source has given me the opportunity to take on different roles such as Senior QA, Automation QA and Performance QA.

How does your role contribute to the company and our customers?

I coach the company’s QA leads and members, and help them achieve their daily goals including production releases. I also address any challenges they face in their projects.

In addition, I develop training materials and train our QA members in Java, Selenium and Cucumber because our customers use these technologies. I also ensure that I deliver the best quality practices and standards to our customer organizations.

What do you love most about working with 4th Source?

What I love most about working at 4th Source is the company’s focus on expanding its operations to new IT areas. Clients trust our company, especially with teams providing swift day to day IT and software delivery with excellent quality and support.

I also love that 4th Source continues expanding benefits for us and our families.

What is your most memorable moment at 4th Source?

My most memorable moment is when one of our clients came to our headquarters in Mexico. During this visit, I received a recognition from both the company and from our client for my dedication in implementing my projects.

When you're not working at 4th Source, what can we find you doing?

I enjoy relaxing at home with my wife and son, Robin. I love reading articles, weight training and cooking. I also enjoy playing games, eating pizza and watching movies.

What were you doing before you joined 4th Source?

Before I came here, I was living in Monterrey, México and working as a QA lead for a different consulting company.

I have also previously lived in Florida working for a 4th Source client. I had an amazing experience while in Florida, touring different places, meeting new people and learning diverse cultures.

Where do you see your future?

My goal is to continue learning. I would like to be an effective manager and problem solver. I would also like to strengthen my relationships with clients and lead my team in decision making.

My aspirations are to expand my professional network and to take advantage of opportunities when they come. I also want to take another certification in ISTQB and grow my skills in QE.
