Meet 4th Source's Talented Employees.

What is your role at 4th Source?

I am a business analyst and project manager serving a number of customers in healthcare. I've also taken on many roles as part of 4th Source's ServiceNow team.

What do you love most about working with 4th Source?

The people! In the short time that I have been here, the people that I have had the opportunity to work with are like family to me. They have been there for me in good times and in bad and for that I am eternally grateful.

What is your most memorable moment at 4th Source?

My most memorable moment at 4th Source was experience my first ServiceNow implementation go-live, which was for a prominent Nashville-area Children's Research Hospital. Having the privelage to work with such a wonderful institution made it ver special.

When you're not working at 4th Source, what can we find you doing?

I live out in the country on a farm that my family settled during the Oklahoma Land Run, and, though we no longer actively farm, my husband and I love being outside and enjoy the land. In the evenings, we watch the deer come through on their way to where they will sleep at night. We have a small garden that will grow in size next year, after my husband retires.

We also have a beautiful daughter who is an accountant by day, and bodybuilder by night and on weekends. We are always there to cheer her on during competitions. She also belongs to a dragon boat team that competes twice per year. If you ever get the chance to witness a dragon boat race, do it. You will be amazed.

On Sundays, you will find me at People's Church. I spend much of my free time taking care of two, part Doberman mixed, tween dogs, Ginger and Cleo.

What were you doing before you joined 4th Source?

Prior to joining 4th Source, I worked for Velocity Technology Solutions for ten years, where I held many roles; the last of which was managing their monitoring solution across their data centers. I have been working remotely for the past fifteen years, so there has never been a need to live outside my hometown in Oklahoma.

Where do you see your future?

My goal is to help make 4th Source more successful. In a few years, I plan to be working beside my husband in our expanded garden.
