Meet 4th Source's Talented Employees.

What is your role at 4th Source?

I am a tech lead at 4th Source, coordinating projects and working with different teams to help make customer's jobs easier.

Our team is currently working on a series of enhancements and adaptations for a major pharmacy application. It’s a good feeling to know that the work I’m doing contributes to people’s health.

What do you love most about working with 4th Source?

There are unique opportunities that come with being a tech lead. I acquire new knowledge as it pertains to working with different applications, business functions and technologies. There aren’t many industries where you get to touch different aspects of the business like we can. I also get to meet a variety of people who help me to achieve my professional goals.

What is your most memorable moment at 4th Source?

When I started working as part of the support team, I thought it was a good opportunity to challenge myself and improve my knowledge base. I’ve learned a lot from people here like Edgar Diaz, and have been able to achieve my goals. I also met my best friend, Rositsa Lazarova, as a part of that team.

When you're not working at 4th Source, what can we find you doing?

I like to be active, and enjoy the outdoors. I exercise, hike, and take spinning classes. Family time is important to me. I love spending time with my little boy and my husband. We’re teaching our son English through nursery rhymes and songs.

What were you doing before you joined 4th Source?

Prior to working at 4th Source, I was an Oracle lead at MTI Consulting where I would analyze and design government applications. This company was my second home because they provided an opportunity to showcase my capabilities.

I am originally from Durango, but have lived all over Mexico. When I joined 4th Source, I had the opportunity to spend a year in Memphis as part of a support team, which was a significant milestone in my career.

Where do you see your future?

In the short term, I’d like to get my master’s degree, most likely an MBA. I see myself working as an Oracle lead, providing tools that improve the daily routines of developers, dev leads and managers.
