Meet 4th Source's Talented Employees.
What is your role at 4th Source?
I work alongside new hires during the onboarding process.
I welcome them to the Merida office on their first day, give them an induction, and help in anything else they might need that's related to HR. I also manage data bases and provide reports to HR leadership.
What do you love most about working with 4th Source?
My work team. I love the environment within the HR department and the people I have met here at 4th Source.
What is your most memorable moment at 4th Source?
My most memorable moment were my surprise parties. I had two birthday parties with the team during lunch and I loved it. During one party, we went to T.G.I. Friday's where they made me dance. We had a great time.
When you're not working at 4th Source, what can we find you doing?
I love to travel and dance. I used to attend jazz dance classes, and now I'm taking bachata lessons with my fiance. I also like to go to his soccer games and hang out with my friends.
I have at least two monthly dinners with them, one with just-the-girls from my high school, and the other with people I met through an Apostholic group. Besides that, I enjoy family time on Sundays.
What were you doing before you joined 4th Source?
I've been living in Merida since I was born. Before joining 4th Source I tutored classes in math, physics and chemistry for seven years and worked as the administrative assistant at an English language center.
Where do you see your future?
Before studying administration, I was interested in becoming a kindergarten teacher, with the hopes of having my own school. Now I see myself growing along with 4th Source while continuing to tutor in the afternoon.
