Meet 4th Source's Talented Employees.

What is your role at 4th Source?

I am a QA Analyst working onsite for a customer in Dallas. I have been assigned to learn SAP HANA in order to expand our QA knowledge of the tool.

From the customer's perspective, I add value because I can handle all the required tools, and I know the business logic like the back of my hand.

What do you love most about working with 4th Source?

Micromanaging is minimal! I love the fact that, once 4th Source leadership knew I could handle the position, they provided autonomy, but were also willing to help when needed. For the moment, I am the only 4th Source employee onsite here in Dallas, but the trust has always been there.

What is your most memorable moment at 4th Source?

I am from Mexico, but since I joined 4th source I have enjoyed working onsite in Dallas. I also had the opportunity to visit our offices in Colima. The team there is awesome.

When you're not working at 4th Source, what can we find you doing?

I love doing yoga, traveling, hanging out with friends, swimming and spending time with my family. I'm always up for new experiences!

What were you doing before you joined 4th Source?

I was working at a technology consulting organization before joining 4th Source. 4th source gave me the opportunity to work overseas.

I love traveling and getting to know new places. I have been to Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing, Berlin, Venice, London, New York, Geneva, Oslo and Paris; I hope to visit Toronto in a couple of months.

Where do you see your future?

As a short-term goal, I want to get a Master's degree in Business Management and gain enough experience to advance. I’d like to eventually live in another country, experience a new culture, and continue learning.
