11.8.16 By Cindy Baum

Meet 4th Source's Talented Employees.

What is your role at 4th Source?

I am part of the quality assurance team at 4th Source. QAs ensure that the requirements provided by clients are fulfilled following necessary testing processes.

We not only make sure client requests are fulfilled, but also spotlight aspects that may raise future concerns. Quality means everything. Referring to our deliverables in healthcare, lack of quality could affect peoples' lives.

What do you love most about working with 4th Source?

I love the enormous amount of professional growth opportunities that the company provides, and the friendship and honesty of all my coworkers.

What is your most memorable moment at 4th Source?

The most memorable moments I've had at 4th Source have been when I received recognition for my performance. It feels incredible when you are told that your efforts are being spotted and that your work actually means something to society.

When you're not working at 4th Source, what can we find you doing?

My hobbies outside of work involve music. I play the guitar, which is my second love. I also enjoy reading and going out to explore nature and different countries when possible.

What were you doing before you joined 4th Source?

4th Source was my very first formal job. As soon as I graduated I started working here. I owe all my professional experience to 4th Source, for which I am thankful.

Where do you see your future?

I have many goals and aspirations. I would love to explore more countries around the world. This year I traveled to the Philippines which was an amazing experience. I would love to learn more musical instruments as well and possibly write a book in a distant future. Professionally, I would like to advance my career in testing, get certifications, and expand my knowledge in automated testing.
