Meet 4th Source's Talented Employees.

What is your role at 4th Source?

I work as a liaison providing technical solutions to our customers at a rapid pace.

My role is to organize information such as bookings, expenses, and overtime. We also assign people to various projects. I like to think of our department as a liaison between Service Delivery and the rest of the company. We keep information up to date and ready to be used by the management team. Here, in Mexico City, I help to organize other activities such as celebration week. I also help other departments like HR and IT.

What do you love most about working with 4th Source?

The team atmosphere is amazing. We work well together and it's great to be able to learn from my coworkers. I also like the opportunity to improve my English skills.

What is your most memorable moment at 4th Source?

My most memorable moment at 4th Source was celebration week in Mexico City. Antonio Campos and I planned all the activities for the entire week, which included a casino event, bowling, and dinner for over seventy employees. We also wanted to honor our community during the event and raised money to donate a wheelchair to a special needs child.

When you're not working at 4th Source, what can we find you doing?

I like to play sports. I currently play soccer and am a cyclist, and used to play American football. I also enjoy going to the movies and travelling when I can.

What were you doing before you joined 4th Source?

Before I joined the team here at 4th Source, I was working in Telcel, a telecom company and lived in Monterrey, Mexico for ten years.

Where do you see your future?

I would like to grow in this company personally and professionally. I'd also like to earn a second master's degree and complete my Project Management Professional Certification training.
