Meet 4th Source's Talented Employees.

What is your role at 4th Source?

I work as a software engineer with the team at AutoZone.

I contribute to my team by identifying the requirements of the applications we develop, making estimations, developing the application, and building automated tests in order to verify that it is working as expected.

What do you love most about working with 4th Source?

I like the freedom that we have when working with customers, and it’s great to work with people from all over North America. Also, it is so rewarding when a customer recognizes your work and you know that you fulfilled their expectations.

What is your most memorable moment at 4th Source?

My most memorable moment at 4th Source was when our team was sent to AutoZone’s headquarters to gather requirements and create a low-level design for a new project. It was really nice to meet the team from AutoZone and know that people from so many different places are working together on the same goal.

When you're not working at 4th Source, what can we find you doing?

In my free time I like to play soccer with my brother and father. We play together on a seven-person team. I also like to play electric keyboard and perform at family parties alongside my sister and cousins. I love to play video games, spend time with my three cats, and – last but not least – spend time with my girlfriend in Bacalar.

What were you doing before you joined 4th Source?

I have lived in Mérida, Yucatán my whole life. Before joining 4th Source I was working at another software firm as a mobile application developer.

Where do you see your future?

I would like to continue growing at 4th Source, developing leadership skills and sharpening my technical skills by learning new technologies and methods. I’d like to be prepared to face future projects at 4th Source and help the company continue to grow.
