Meet 4th Source's Talented Employees.

What is your role at 4th Source?

I am the support team lead for a Fortune 25 customer.

My team’s role is to solve day-to-day application issues and provide recommendations for application improvements. I am the chief liaison between the business partner and 4th Source development teams to highlight and review any issues and concerns.


What do you love most about working with 4th Source?

I love the team attitude and overall level of excellence of those around me at 4th Source. It inspires me to do my best and provide as significant a contribution as I can to uphold the boundless standards of operation instituted and promoted by our executive team.


What is your most memorable moment at 4th Source?

My most memorable moment would be my first interview. I was at Starbucks, and the conversation was informal but intense. I immediately knew that this was not your typical company and more is expected from potential candidates.


When you're not working at 4th Source, what can we find you doing?

My number one hobby is playing bass guitar at my church. I first picked up the instrument at age thirteen, and have been playing ever since. I’ve had the opportunity to play alongside several gospel artists. Some of my inspirations are Fred Hammond, Victor Wooten, Stanley Clarke, and Maurice Fitzgerald.




What were you doing before you joined 4th Source?

Before coming to 4th Source, I worked within the City of Memphis Government at the Memphis Police impound lot. It was quite an interesting experience and has contributed to my skill set in communication and customer interaction.


Where do you see your future?

I would like to work in project management, or possibly own a tech company in the future.
